• Develop role-specific learning paths for Marketing, Finance, HR, Operations and Strategy.
• Teach structured prompting, AI-assisted research, document/data workflows and business analysis.
• Introduce AI agents, RAG and no-code automation using platforms such as n8n, Make or Zapier.
• Train users on ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Copilot, Perplexity, NotebookLM and related tools.
• Support faculty in integrating AI into courses and assessments.
• Deliver AI programmes for working professionals and corporate groups.
• Create practical assessments and measure learning outcomes.
• Promote responsible AI use, data privacy and academic integrity.
• Continuously evaluate emerging AI tools and recommend suitable institutional applications.

The role involves delivering engaging training, developing business-focused curricula and demonstrating how contemporary AI tools can improve decision-making and productivity across functions.

This is primarily a training and applied-AI education role, rather than a research or software-engineering position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop role-specific learning paths for Marketing, Finance, HR, Operations and Strategy.

Required Profile:

• Strong hands-on knowledge of generative AI, prompt engineering, AI agents and workflow automation.
• Understanding of business applications of AI across Marketing, Finance, HR, Operations and Strategy.
• Familiarity with Gemini for Google Workspace and other enterprise AI platforms.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts and engage participants with different skill levels.
• Experience in curriculum and outcome-based assessment design.
• Good understanding of responsible AI, data privacy and governance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Technology, Education or a related field.
• Certifications from Google, Microsoft, OpenAI, AWS or similar platforms.

Experience Required:

• 3-6 years of experience in training, teaching, L&D, higher education or professional upskilling.
• Experience in higher education or executive education.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, Looker or similar BI tools.
• Knowledge of OBE, NEP 2020 and accreditation requirements.
• Experience in AI programme governance or establishing an AI Centre of Excellence.
