Job summary

Rajyog Vedic Science Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an AI Automation Specialist to design and optimize AI-powered workflows that automate business and operational processes. The role requires hands-on work with Make.com, n8n, and AI agents, plus integrating CRM, email, and other SaaS tools.

The ideal candidate will turn manual processes into reliable AI-driven workflows, troubleshoot automation, and collaborate with the Operations team to boost efficiency and cut manual work.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Make.com and n8n.
• Knowledge of Claude Cowork, Claude Code and ChatGPT Codex.
• Experience with AI automation, AI agents and prompt engineering.
• Knowledge of APIs, Webhooks, JSON and third-party integrations.
• Basic JavaScript/Python knowledge is an advantage.
• Experience integrating Gmail, Zoho CRM, Google Sheets, WhatsApp and other SaaS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain end-to-end AI automation workflows.
• Identify repetitive processes and automate them using AI.
• Integrate CRM, email, databases and other business tools.
• Troubleshoot and optimize automation workflows.
