Qualifications

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly driven AI & Automation Engineer who will lead the integration of AI across the organization. This is not a conventional tech role; this is a transformation role.

Key Responsibilities

AI Opportunity Identification

• Identify inefficiencies and AI automation opportunities

AI Implementation & Automation

• Build and deploy AI solutions using tools like: ChatGPT / OpenAI APIs / Claude/ Gemini
• Python-based automation
• CRM integrations
• Automate repetitive workflows (reporting, lead management, documentation, billing, etc.)
• Integrate AI into internal systems and dashboards

AI Product Development

• Work on custom AI use cases specific to real estate
• Demand forecasting

Training & Culture Building

• Train teams on AI tools and workflows
• Create SOPs and playbooks for AI usage
• Build a culture of continuous learning and experimentation
• Stay updated with latest AI tools and trends
• Continuously test and implement new solutions
• Act as the in-house AI expert

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong understanding of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, etc.)
• Experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, etc.)
• Basic to intermediate coding (Python preferred)
