Role Summary

As part of our product innovation strategy, we are seeking an AI Engineer (3–4 years’ experience) with strong expertise in Conversational AI, RAG pipelines, prompt engineering for sales tone, and full-stack integration.

This role is specifically focused on building intelligent, revenue-driven AI platforms within real estate environments, including AI sales agents, property recommendation engines, conversational chat/video agents, and CRM-integrated automation systems.

You will work across backend AI systems and frontend user experiences, delivering production-ready AI solutions that integrate seamlessly with real estate portals, CRM platforms, and digital marketing funnels.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience developing LLM-powered systems, tuning prompts for conversion-focused conversations, and building scalable RAG architectures that connect structured and unstructured property data.

• Design, develop, and deploy LLM-powered conversational AI agents tailored for real estate use cases.
• Build intelligent chatbots capable of answering property queries, qualifying buyer and seller leads, scheduling viewings, and handling FAQs.
• Experience working with GLTF/GLB 3D models (loading, optimisation, animations, materials/textures, scene setup).
• Hands‑on experience with Three.js (rendering pipelines, lighting, cameras, controls, performance tuning, integration with web apps).
• Implement multi-turn conversational memory and contextual reasoning.
• Engineer and continuously refine prompts to optimise persuasive sales tone, objection handling, and lead conversion performance.
• Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to improve engagement and conversion metrics.
• Architect and implement production‑ready RAG (Retrieval‑Augmented Generation) pipelines.
• Develop document ingestion, embedding workflows, and integrating structured and unstructured property data sources.
• Configure and optimise vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, or similar technologies.
• Implement domain‑specific real estate logic, including property recommendation engines, buyer‑seller matching, affordability estimators, and lead scoring workflows.
• Develop scalable backend services and RESTful APIs to host AI models and inference systems.
• Integrate AI systems seamlessly with frontend applications (e.g., React, Next.js or similar frameworks).
• Implement conversational UI components and ensure a smooth user experience across web and mobile platforms.
• Develop or integrate AI‑powered video agents, including speech‑to‑text, text‑to‑speech, and avatar‑driven conversational systems.
• Deploy AI systems within cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) using containerisation technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, monitoring frameworks, logging, and performance optimisation strategies.
• Ensure system security, scalability, resilience, and data privacy compliance.
• Conduct model evaluation, benchmarking, and continuous optimisation of prompts and retrieval performance.
• Produce technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and knowledge transfer materials.
• Collaborate closely with product, sales, and marketing teams to align AI capabilities with commercial objectives and real estate sales strategies.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
• 3–4 years of hands‑on experience in AI/ML engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Proven experience building conversational AI systems and RAG pipelines in production environments.
• Experience with LLM APIs and frameworks (OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS Bedrock, etc.).
• Strong understanding of NLP and generative AI architectures.
• Experience integrating backend AI services with frontend applications.
• Experience in real estate / PropTech environments preferred.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
