We are seeking a skilled AI Engineer with expertise in machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), and automation to enhance our CRM platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered solutions that improve lead generation, customer interactions, predictive analytics, and automation workflows.

Role Overview

The role involves working on AI-driven solutions, machine learning models, and natural language processing capabilities to improve automation, predictive analytics, and lead management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and integrate AI-driven solutions into MM Nova Tech’s CRM platform to improve automation, predictive analytics, and lead management.
• Design and implement machine learning models for customer behavior prediction, chatbots, and recommendation systems.
• Enhance natural language processing (NLP) capabilities for automated client communication and sentiment analysis.
• Work closely with software developers to integrate AI models into scalable cloud-based applications.
• Optimize AI algorithms for real-time data processing and decision-making in the real estate CRM domain.
• Conduct data analysis and preprocessing to extract insights from large-scale real estate datasets.
• Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to define AI-driven features and business requirements.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, ML, and deep learning technologies relevant to CRM and real estate.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML development, preferably in the CRM or real estate tech industry.
• Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn, and NLP frameworks.
• Experience with LLMs (Large Language Models) and Generative AI for chatbots and automated customer interactions.
• Hands-on experience with computer vision, deep learning, and recommendation systems.
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) for deploying AI models.
• Knowledge of database management (SQL, NoSQL) and data pipelines.
• Ability to work with big data tools (Spark, Hadoop) for large-scale AI applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on scalability and performance optimization.
