Vendasta in Chennai, India is seeking an AI Activation Strategist (Client Management / Non-Engineering) to guide clients in turning business needs into AI-driven solutions within Vendasta's ecosystem. You’ll consult with small business clients, set up existing Vendasta AI tools, run demos, and train clients to manage solutions independently.

This client-facing role emphasizes service-first mindset and clear communication, with training provided to operate AI tools without coding.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Client Success, Account Management, or Technical Consulting (SaaS or Digital Marketing preferred).
• Proven ability to own client relationships, run discovery and training sessions, and manage escalations.
• Clear, warm communication style that helps small business owners understand new ideas.
• Experience using AI tools as a user, not building them. No deep technical background required; training provided.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand business objectives and identify opportunities for AI integration.
• Serve as the single point of contact for clients, reducing internal hand-offs.
• Design tailored AI solutions using Vendasta technologies (e.g., Rep AI, Content AI).
• Set up and fine-tune AI tools to run smoothly for clients.
• Demo and showcase AI solutions to clients for approval.
• Train clients so they can manage solutions independently long-term.
• Collaborate with Senior Specialists or AI Workflow Architects on complex customizations.
• Monitor performance over time and adjust to sustain results.

About the Job

The mission of the AI Activation Strategist is to act as a trusted partner and guide for our clients, transforming business needs into functional AI-driven solutions within the Vendasta ecosystem. The person in this role brings a service-first mindset, genuine curiosity about AI, and a consultative, people-focused communication style. Youll build strong client relationships from the very first conversation, understand what each client needs, get their solution up and running, and keep checking in to make sure it continues to deliver results.

This is a client-facing, non-engineering role. You wont be writing code or building AI models. Youll be consulting with small business clients, setting up and tuning existing Vendasta AI tools, running demos, and training clients so they can manage on their own.

Your Impact

• Consult with clients to deeply understand their business objectives and identify opportunities for AI integration
• Act as the single point of contact for clients, eliminating internal hand-offs between departments
• Design tailored AI solutions based on available Vendasta AI technologies (e.g., Rep AI, Content AI)
• Set up and fine-tune AI tools behind the scenes so they run smoothly for the client
• Demo and showcase the finished AI solution to the client for final approval
• Train clients on the solution to ensure self-sufficiency and long-term adoption
• Partner with Senior Specialists or AI Workflow Architects on more complex, technical customizations
• Check in on performance over time and make adjustments to keep results strong

What You Bring to the Table

• 2+ years in Client Success, Account Management, or Technical Consulting (SaaS or Digital Marketing preferred)
• Clear evidence of owning client relationships, running discovery and training sessions, and handling escalations
• A warm, clear communication style that makes new ideas easy for small business owners to understand
• Comfort using AI tools every day as a user, not as a builder. You dont need a technical background; well train you on the specifics
• A Bachelors degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
