Vendasta in Chennai, India, seeks a Paid Media Analyst to drive AI-first marketing. You’ll QA campaigns, implement tracking, and optimize performance across Google Ads, Bing, Facebook, and Instagram.

You’ll work with AI tools to iterate, research keywords, monitor metrics, and surface optimization flags. A bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field is preferred, with 2+ years of SEM/paid social experience.

About the Job:

• You’ll work with proprietary ad execution platforms like MatchCraft along with industry-leading networks including Google Ads, Bing, Facebook, and Instagram to deliver high-impact digital advertising campaigns for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs).


• In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for campaign quality assurance, accurate tracking implementation, and optimizing performance. AI is deeply integrated into our daily performance marketing workflows, where you will utilize guided AI tools for ad copy iteration, keyword research, performance monitoring, and quality checks.


• At Vendasta, our fulfillment and operations teams foster a culture of experimentation, accuracy, and continuous learning. In this role, you will work closely with fulfillment teams to validate performance, surface actionable optimization flags, and troubleshoot campaign queries.


• You’ll serve as a steward of campaign quality and AI-forward execution, applying prompt libraries, identifying tracking discrepancies, and ensuring high-quality delivery that drives measurable value and partner satisfaction.

Your Impact:

As a Paid Media Analyst you'll

Review and QA digital advertising campaign setups to ensure full adherence to platform best practices and Vendasta standards. Verify proper integration and functioning of conversion tracking tools, including Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and Google Tag Manager (GTM). Identify, document, and troubleshoot campaign setup issues in close collaboration with fulfillment teams to minimize rework.

Operate AI-enabled dashboards and tools under guidance to monitor performance metrics and surface timely optimization flags. Craft and edit compelling, performance-driven ad copy aligned with campaign objectives, brand guidelines, and industry standards.

Utilize AI research tools to conduct competitive analysis, keyword research, and audience targeting discovery. Collaborate with creative specialists to validate that visual and text assets meet both brand and performance criteria.

Respond to campaign-related queries from fulfillment teams, providing actionable QA insights that streamline delivery processes.

Participate in the application and expansion of team prompt libraries, contributing feedback to continuously improve internal AI workflows.

What You Bring to the Table:

2+ years of hands-on experience managing and executing campaigns within SEM and Paid Social platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram). Basic familiarity with digital tracking implementations, including Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and Google Tag Manager.

Proven attention to detail with the ability to execute rigorously within structured quality assurance processes. Strong written communication skills, with a track record of crafting and refining effective ad copy.

Comfort working with task management systems, Google Workspace, and collaborative workflow tools.

Active willingness to adopt and master AI tools to enhance ad operations, research, and campaign reviews.

Experience following structured workflows, using prompt libraries, and applying AI-driven suggestions to daily tasks. Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
