Vendasta in Chennai, India, is seeking an AI Activation Strategist to transform business needs into AI-driven solutions within the Vendasta ecosystem. You’ll own end-to-end client scoping, workflow validation, setup, and post-delivery AI optimization with a full-stack, consultative mindset.

You’ll work with clients and specialists to design tailored AI solutions using Vendasta technologies, train clients for self-sufficiency, and drive ongoing adoption and performance improvements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Client Success, Implementation, or Technical Consulting.
• Experience in SaaS or technology environment preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, IT, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as single point of contact for clients from scoping through training.
• Design AI-enabled solutions using Vendasta technologies (e.g., Rep AI, Content AI).
• Set up and fine-tune AI tools to run smoothly for clients.
• Demo and secure client approval of AI solutions.
• Train clients for self-sufficiency and long-term adoption.
• Collaborate with Senior Specialists/AI Workflow Architects on complex customizations.
• Monitor performance and optimize outcomes over time.

About the Job

The mission of the AI Activation Strategist is to act as the primary architect and partner for clients, transforming business needs into functional AI-driven solutions within the Vendasta ecosystem. The incumbent of this role demonstrates a full-stack service mindset, deep AI fluency, and consultative communication skills, and will be responsible for end-to-end client scoping, workflow validation and setup, and post-delivery AI optimization. The successful candidate will also leverage AI technologies to streamline execution, identify insights, and drive innovation across their responsibilities.

Your Impact

As a AI Activation Strategist, you'll work with clients, Senior Specialists, and AI Workflow Architects to:

• Consult with clients to deeply understand their business objectives and identify opportunities for AI integration
• Act as the single point of contact for clients, eliminating internal hand-offs between departments
• Design tailored AI solutions based on available Vendasta AI technologies (e.g., Rep AI, Content AI)
• Set up and fine-tune AI tools behind the scenes so they run smoothly for the client
• Demo and showcase the finished AI solution to the client for final approval
• Train clients on the solution to ensure self-sufficiency and long‑term adoption
• Partner with Senior Specialists or AI Workflow Architects on more complex, technical customizations
• Check in on performance over time and make adjustments to keep results strong

What You Bring to the Table

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can translate complex ideas into clear, practical value for small business clients. You're comfortable owning a client relationship end-to-end—from initial scoping conversations through training and ongoing support—and you bring a consultative, service‑first mindset to everything you do. You have 2+ years of experience in Client Success, Implementation, Technical Consulting, or a related field, preferably within a SaaS or technology environment. AI comfort is expected—you should be excited to work with AI tools day-to-day—but deep technical expertise isn't required; we'll train you on the specifics. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
