Job summary

Smartworks is seeking an AGM Project to lead interior design projects for clients who lease premises long term. You will liaise with the design team and clients to ensure the vision is realized effectively, on time and within budget.

The role involves coordinating with stakeholders, planning schedules, procuring materials, and overseeing all phases from planning to completion, with MIS dashboards to track progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Project Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in project management within interior design or construction.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Role Overview

We are seeking an AGM Project to lead project team in executing interior design projects for clients who have taken premises on long‑term leases. This role involves close collaboration with the design team and direct communication with clients to ensure that their vision is realized effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Executing design specifications provided by the client.
• Coordinate with the design team to ensure client approvals are obtained efficiently.
• Schedule planning for proposed projects, ensuring timelines are realistic and achievable.
• Oversee all phases of project execution, from planning to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Responsible for material procurement and billing of sub-vendors to maintain project budgets.
• Project planning and scheduling, ensuring all tasks are assigned and deadlines are met.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular updates for stakeholders, including preparation of MIS (Management Information Systems) and dashboards to track project performance.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, addressing any concerns or changes in requirements.
• Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure quality standards are maintained.
