• Strong stakeholder management with client finance teams, auditors, banks, operations heads.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end finance function across sites and contracts.
• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing, MIS, and reporting to VP Finance.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and cash flow; monitor cost control and profitability by site/client contract.
• Oversee AMC/service billing to clients; monitor receivables ageing and drive collections.

Role & responsibilities

We are in need of a suitable candidate who can Lead and oversee the finance function of the company, with end-to-end ownership of banking operations, client AMC billing and collections, Customer Accounts, vendor and contractor accounts, manpower/payroll cost control, and statutory compliance across all client sites and business verticals reporting into the VP Finance.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Control & Reporting

• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing, MIS, and management reporting to VP Finance
• Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash flow across all sites/contracts
• Drive cost control and profitability analysis by site/client contract

Client & Vendors Billing & Collections (AMC)

• Oversee accurate and timely AMC/service billing to clients as per contract terms (fixed fee, cost-plus, variable manpower billing, CAM/IFMS where applicable)
• Monitor receivables ageing and drive collections discipline across the client portfolio
• Ensure billing aligns with SLAs, escalation clauses, and contract renewals

Preferred candidate profile

• CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) with 5+ years of experience, preferably in facility management/manpower-intensive services business
