Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and budgeting across the organization.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual MIS reports for senior management.
• Analyze financial performance, identify variances, and provide actionable insights.
• Drive forecasting, financial planning, and business performance monitoring.
• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) including collections and reconciliations.
• Coordinate with Sales and Operations to improve working capital and cash flow.
• Ensure timely closure of monthly and annual financial reports.
• Monitor financial KPIs and suggest process improvements.
• Support management with financial analysis for strategic decisions.
• Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors during audits.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Chartered Accountant with 10+ years of post-qualification experience to lead financial planning, budgeting, MIS reporting, and Accounts Receivable (AR) operations. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, team management experience, and hands‑on knowledge of SAP.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and budgeting process across the organization.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports for senior management.
• Analyze financial performance, identify variances, and provide actionable business insights.
• Drive forecasting, financial planning, and business performance monitoring.
• Manage the Accounts Receivable (AR) function, including collections, customer reconciliations, ageing analysis, and credit control.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and other business functions to improve working capital and cash flow.
• Ensure timely closure of monthly and annual financial reports.
• Monitor financial KPIs and recommend process improvements.
• Support management with financial analysis for strategic decision‑making.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors during audits.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in Budgeting, AOP, Forecasting, and Financial Planning.
• Excellent knowledge of MIS reporting and financial analysis.
• Experience in handling and leading the Accounts Receivable (AR) team.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
