The candidate should have CA and MBA qualifications, 12–18 years of post-qualification experience, and strong skills in accounting software, MIS, and Excel.

Qualifications

• CA/MBA candidates with strong finance knowledge and leadership are required.
• Demonstrated expertise in financial accounting and budgeting.
• Experience in project costing and MIS reporting is essential.
• Proficiency with SAP and Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
• Ability to ensure regulatory compliance and accurate financial statements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial aspects of the Greenfield project, including budgeting, cost control, financial reporting, and cash flow management.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements and maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax laws, accounting standards, and regulations.
• Lead FP&A activities, including budgeting, variance analysis, and financial forecasting.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, receivables, payables, and inventories.
• Review and approve all accounting transactions with proper documentation.
• Coordinate with project management, procurement, and operations to align finances with project goals.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, MIS reports, and variance analyses.
• Monitor and manage project risks, ensuring compliance with laws and tax regulations.

• Lead and manage financial planning and analysis (FP&A), including budgeting, variance analysis, and financial forecasting.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and ensure proper management of receivables, payables, and inventories.
• Review and approve all accounting transactions, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to company policies.
• Coordinate with project management, procurement, and operations teams to ensure financial alignment with project goals.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, MIS reports, and variance analyses.
• Monitor and manage project risks, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.

Preferred candidate profile
