Job summary

Quest Global in Bengaluru seeks an experienced AI Lead Engineer to drive an enterprise-wide AI-enabled SDLC pilot. The role focuses on evaluating, implementing, and optimizing AI-powered development tools and autonomous coding agents across the software engineering lifecycle.

You will partner with development teams to establish scalable AI-enabled SDLC practices that improve developer productivity, software quality, testing effectiveness, and engineering efficiency.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Software Engineering.

Responsibilities

Position Overview

The candidate will partner with development teams to establish scalable AI-enabled SDLC practices that improve developer productivity, software quality, testing effectiveness, documentation quality, and overall engineering efficiency.
