Cognizant in Pan India is seeking an Agentic AI & Copilot Studio Developer to design and implement intelligent agents using Copilot Studio for enterprise automation and conversational AI.

You will build multi-turn dialogs, integrate with Microsoft 365 channels, and orchestrate agent workflows with LangChain and Azure OpenAI. Collaboration with architects and governance teams is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop intelligent agents using Copilot Studio for enterprise automation.
• Build multi-turn dialog flows, adaptive cards, and topic-based conversation design with fallback and escalation handling.
• Configure and extend agents with custom connectors, Power Automate flows, and REST API integrations for backend orchestration.
• Implement agentic AI workflows with autonomous triggers, action chaining, and goal-based task execution.
• Integrate Copilot Studio agents with Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, and Power Pages portals.
• Connect agents to enterprise data sources via Microsoft Graph connectors, Dataverse, and third-party APIs for grounded responses.
• Apply Generative AI capabilities within Copilot Studio including AI Builder models and prompt customization.
• Work with Azure AI Foundry / Azure OpenAI Service for custom LLM integrations.
• Configure agent governance — topic-level access control, DLP policies, audit logging, and Purview integration.
• Implement RAG patterns using SharePoint, Dataverse, or Azure AI Search as knowledge sources.
• Design and orchestrate multi-agent workflows using LangChain / LangGraph or Copilot Studio handoffs.
• Monitor agent performance using Copilot analytics, CSAT metrics, and transcripts for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with enterprise architects to align agent design with M365 Copilot extensibility and AI governance policies.

• Design and develop intelligent agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio for enterprise automation and conversational AI use cases.
• Build multi-turn dialog flows, adaptive cards, and topic-based conversation design with fallback and escalation handling.
• Configure and extend agents with custom connectors, Power Automate flows, and REST API integrations for backend orchestration.
• Implement agentic AI workflows using autonomous triggers, action chaining, and goal-based task execution patterns.
• Integrate Copilot Studio agents with Microsoft 365 channels — Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, and Power Pages portals.
