Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of software development or enterprise application experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on Microsoft Copilot Studio experience.
• Experience building production-grade conversational AI solutions.
• Experience integrating Copilot Studio with enterprise systems and APIs.
• Strong Power Platform expertise.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise-grade Copilot Studio agents and conversational experiences.
• Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), prompt engineering, agent orchestration, and citation-based responses.
• Integrate Copilot Studio with SharePoint, Teams, REST APIs, Power Automate, enterprise knowledge repositories, and external data sources.
• Build Power Automate workflows, custom connectors, and Dataverse integrations.
• Define AI architecture, guardrails, governance controls, and role-based experiences.
• Collaborate with business, product, UX, data, and development teams.
• Support deployments across Dev, Test, UAT, and Production environments.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain technical documentation.
