L T M is seeking a Salesforce Technical Lead to drive the design and implementation of AI-powered agents and intelligent automation using Agentforce, Einstein AI, and Salesforce Platform.

The role combines technical leadership with hands-on development across Apex, LWC, and Flow, ensuring scalable, secure integrations with external systems and data cloud context. Based in Gurugram, the position emphasizes governance and responsible AI practices.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Salesforce development with Agentforce and Einstein AI.
• Experience designing scalable Salesforce architectures.
• Proficient in API-led integration patterns (REST, Platform Events).
• Knowledge of data privacy and governance with Shield.

Responsibilities

• Lead Agentforce AI solution architecture and SME for Salesforce.
• Design AI agent architectures integrating Agentforce with Salesforce Clouds.
• Develop using Apex, triggers, batch, and Lightning Web Components.
• Ensure governance, security, and data privacy compliance.
• Mentor developers and support estimation, UAT, and go-live.
• Enable real-time data contexts with Data Cloud for AI decisions.
