Job summary

NTT DATA North America seeks a Salesforce Senior Developer in Bengaluru, India, with 5+ years of experience in Salesforce.com projects. The role focuses on Service Cloud development, admin work, and end-to-end delivery for enterprise clients.

You will work on Service Console, Omni-Channel routing, and API integrations, ensuring SLA tracking, escalation rules, and service contracts are implemented. Strong collaboration and rapid learning are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Salesforce.com projects.
• Strong project discipline in managing deliverables, timelines, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Effective team player with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Capable of rapidly learning new technologies and processes.
• Preferred certifications: Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer certifications.

Responsibilities

• Highly experienced in Salesforce administration and application development with deep expertise in Service Cloud implementations for enterprise clients.
• Proven track record of delivering end-to-end Salesforce projects focused on customer service excellence and agent productivity.
• Hands-on experience with Service Console, Omni-Channel routing, AWS Chat integration, CTI, Case Management, Email-to-Case, Knowledge Management, and Bot implementations.
• Strong knowledge and implementation of Agentforce to improve service agent productivity and streamline operations.
• Building customer-centric solutions using Service Cloud best practices such as SLA tracking, entitlement processes, escalation rules, and service contracts.
• Knowledge of analytics, reports, and dashboards to monitor KPIs such as case resolution time, agent performance, and customer satisfaction.
• Developing and maintaining Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning Web Components, and flows.
• Implementing system integrations with external platforms using REST/SOAP APIs, AWS, CTI connectors, middleware tools, and Platform Events.
• Customizing Salesforce configurations: objects, workflows, process builder, roles, profiles, sharing rules, validation rules, and page layouts.
• Optimizing code to meet Salesforce Governor Limits and performance expectations.
• Managing the deployment lifecycle using Copado and Change Sets.
• Performing data migration and cleansing using Apex Data Loader and other ETL tools.
