Job description

What you’ll do:

• Own end‑to‑end delivery for 8–10 client accounts, ensuring on‑time execution of all deliverables
• Coordinate internal team members (copywriters, designers, VAs, SDRs) to meet project timelines
• Manage client communication, expectations, weekly reporting, and feedback loops
• Build and maintain delivery tracking systems, SOPs, and quality checklists using ClickUp/Notion/Asana
• Run daily team standups and weekly client check‑ins to prevent bottlenecks
• Create dashboards and metrics to track delivery performance, utilization, and client satisfaction
• Anticipate problems before they happen and solve them autonomously
• Free up founder bandwidth by owning the “making it happen” function of the agency

• Have 3–7 years of experience in marketing/lead‑gen/creative/growth agency operations
• Have worked across 4–7 different agencies (essential – we need someone who’s seen multiple operating models)
• Have managed both internal delivery teams AND client‑facing communications
• Are proficient with project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Notion) and CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
• Understand agency metrics: utilization rates, delivery SLAs, capacity planning, client retention
• Thrive in autonomy and take complete ownership of outcomes without hand‑holding
• Have experience with B2B lead generation, LinkedIn outreach, or performance marketing workflows
• Bonus: You’ve built SOPs, automated workflows, or improved agency margins through operational efficiency

Compensation: Competitive monthly retainer based on experience (₹70K–3.5L or $800–$4,000 USD equivalent, depending on seniority and location).
