Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Enable achievement of key business outcomes and ensure adherence to statutory and compliance requirements.
- Build a high‑quality Agency by focusing on quality of hire and skilling.
- Recruitment, activation, premium collection, case rate, case count and persistency management.
- Engage, motivate and ensure productivity of Agents through strong relationship management.
- Drive incentive schemes and R&R schemes to ensure Agent income exceeds benchmarks.
- Provide support to Agents in liaison with Head Office for addressing requirements and concerns.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company norms.
- Manage channel conflicts within the team.
- Achieve product‑wise targets and profitability.
- Identify opportunities for business development and revenue generation.
- Set goals for all Agents and conduct regular reviews, monitoring and mentoring.
- Conduct regular field observations, demonstrations, and agency visits.
Key Requirements – Education & Certificates
- Graduation in any discipline from a recognized educational institute.
Experience
- 4–6 years of relevant work experience in agency, retail, or health insurance business.
