Job summary

PwC in Bengaluru invites a Salesforce LwC+ CG Cloud Developer to join our Acceleration Center India. You will support client work within our Business Application Consulting practice, solving complex integration challenges and delivering scalable Salesforce solutions that connect platforms and data sources.

As a Senior Associate, you will guide workstreams, mentor juniors, and grow your technical and business context while using Salesforce APIs and middleware to boost automation and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years of experience in Salesforce development and integration.
• Proficient in English (oral and written).
• Experience with Salesforce APIs and LWC development is preferred.

Responsibilities

As a Salesforce LwC+ CG Cloud Developer you will support client work within our Business Application Consulting practice, helping design and implement Salesforce integration solutions that connect platforms, applications, and data sources. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex problems, manage assigned workstreams, build meaningful client connections, and guide junior team members while developing your own technical skills and business context. In this role at PwC, you will use Salesforce APIs, middleware platforms, and web services to develop solutions that support process automation, data flow, and operational efficiency for clients.

Responsibilities

• Developing Salesforce Lightning Web Components and Custom Experience Cloud solutions for client business needs
• Designing and implementing integrations using Salesforce APIs, RESTful services, and middleware platforms
• Analyzing integration requirements and translating them into scalable technical designs
• Configuring Salesforce data models and workflow automation to support process improvement and data flow
• Troubleshooting application defects, integration issues, and performance bottlenecks across connected systems
• Collaborating with client teams to gather functional requirements and refine technical delivery plans
• Reviewing code, deployment packages, and configuration changes to maintain technical consistency across workstreams
• Mentoring junior team members and sharing guidance on Salesforce development methods and delivery activities

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor’s degree
• At least 4 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science & Accounting, Information Technology, Management Information Systems

• Knowledge and experience in Consumer Goods (CG) Cloud.

• Demonstrating proficiency in Salesforce APIs and Salesforce Development

• At least one of the following: One or more Salesforce certifications aligned to system integration delivery, such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales or Service Cloud Consultant, Integration Architecture Designer, or Platform Developer I

• Demonstrating Salesforce Lightning Web Components development for client solutions

• Applying Salesforce Sales Cloud or Experience Cloud customization experience

• Translating integration analysis into actionable technical deliverables

• Navigating complex client needs while mentoring junior team members
