Job summary

Shashwath Solution in India is seeking an experienced Adobe Experience Manager Architect to lead complex web, mobile, and eCommerce projects. You will translate business goals into technical requirements, review code and designs, and drive end-to-end implementation across the project lifecycle.

You will design scalable architectures, supervise AEM 6.x deployments, work with React/HTML5/CSS, and collaborate with UX teams to deliver engaging experiences.

Qualifications

• Expert in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and related tooling.
• Experience across whole project lifecycle: architecture, design, development.
• Deep understanding of performance, security, and integration architectures.
• Handled 2–3 large AEM implementations in AEM 6.x as a technical architect.
• Strong Java/J2EE foundation with Spring framework.
• Knowledge of Day CQ/AEM concepts: Sling, Felix, templates, components, dialogs.
• Experience with multi-site management, personalization, and MVM testing is a plus.
• Strong SDLC knowledge; Agile/SCRUM practices.

Responsibilities:

• 1. Translate business goals into technical requirements, conduct code/design reviews, and drive the technical implementation of web projects throughout the project lifecycle
• 2. Design, develop, and maintain scalable and stable web, mobile and eCommerce solutions that meet business needs.
• 3. Partner with Visual Design and User Experience teams to develop effective/engaging designs.
• 4. Own and drive specific area(s) of website functionality such as search, products, account, videos, web site performance including prioritized enhancement stories and development of features for those areas of responsibility
• 5. Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and agile development.

Skills/Qualifications:

• 1. Expert in Adobe Manager Suite AEM, Analytics, Audience, Marketo Engage, Personalization or Target.
• 2. Experience of whole project lifecycle. Able to estimate and execute tasks throughout the lifecycle including architecture, design, and development.
• 3. Expert Understanding of architectural concepts including performance and capacity planning, network/infrastructure planning, security architecture, and systems integration.
• 4. Must have handled at least 2-3 large AEM implementation in AEM 6.x. as a technical architect role.
• 5. Proficient in Java, Java EE, Servlets, HTL/Sightly skills, combined with a strong understanding of enterprise Java frameworks such as Spring.
• 6. Proficient in Day CQ Adobe AEM foundational concepts, including the use of core frameworks such as Apache Sling and Apache Felix, a solid understanding of all the related building blocks including templates, components, dialogs, widgets, etc., and the Adobe AEM development and deployment process.
• 7. Expert knowledge in Day CQAdobe AEM WCM capabilities including Multi-site manager and Blueprinting, and the use of online marketing components such as advanced targeting personalization, and multi-variate testing, is preferred.
• 8. Expert knowledge of systems design, High Availability, Disaster Recovery, caching, CDN and persistence.
• 9. Able to articulate business solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• 10. Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, SCRUM).
