Job summary

Shashwath Solution seeks a Technical Architect to lead Adobe AEM projects across the lifecycle, translating business goals into technical requirements and driving end-to-end implementation for web, mobile and eCommerce solutions.

The role requires deep AEM expertise, Java/Java EE, Sling/Felix, HTL/Sightly, and strong architectural/SDLC skills in Agile environments.

Qualifications

• Expert in Adobe AEM, Analytics, Audience, Marketo Engage, Personalization or Target.
• Experience of whole project lifecycle, able to estimate and execute tasks including architecture, design, and development.
• Expert understanding of performance, capacity planning, security architecture, and systems integration.
• Handled 2-3 large AEM implementations in AEM 6.x as a technical architect.
• Proficient in Java, Java EE, Servlets, HTL/Sightly and Spring.
• Proficient in Day CQ Adobe AEM foundational concepts and Sling/Felix, templates, components, dialogs, widgets, etc.
• Expert knowledge of AEM WCM with Multi-site Manager, Blueprinting, targeting personalization, and multivariate testing.
• Knowledge of systems design, HA, DR, caching, CDN and persistence.
• Able to articulate business solutions to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, SCRUM).

Responsibilities

• 1. Translate business goals into technical requirements, conduct code/design reviews, and drive the technical implementation of web projects throughout the project lifecycle
• 2. Design, develop, and maintain scalable and stable web, mobile and eCommerce solutions that meet business needs.
• 3. Partner with Visual Design and User Experience teams to develop effective/engaging designs.
• 4. Own and drive specific area(s) of website functionality such as search, products, account, videos, web site performance including prioritized enhancement stories and development of features for those areas of responsibility
• 5. Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and agile development.

Skills/Qualifications

• 1. Expert in Adobe Manager Suite AEM, Analytics, Audience, Marketo Engage, Personalization or Target.
• 2. Experience of whole project lifecycle. Able to estimate and execute tasks throughout the lifecycle including architecture, design, and development.
• 3. Expert Understanding of architectural concepts including performance and capacity planning, network/infrastructure planning, security architecture, and systems integration.
• 4. Must have handled at least 2-3 large AEM implementation in AEM 6.x. as a technical architect role.
• 5. Proficient in Java, Java EE, Servlets, HTL/Sightly skills, combined with a strong understanding of enterprise Java frameworks such as Spring.
• 6. Proficient in Day CQ Adobe AEM foundational concepts, including the use of core frameworks such as Apache Sling and Apache Felix, a solid understanding of all the related building blocks including templates, components, dialogs, widgets, etc., and the Adobe AEM development and deployment process.
• 7. Expert knowledge in Day CQAdobe AEM WCM capabilities including Multi-site manager and Blueprinting, and the use of online marketing components such as advanced targeting personalization, and multi-variate testing, is preferred.
• 8. Expert knowledge of systems design, High Availability, Disaster Recovery, caching, CDN and persistence.
• 9. Able to articulate business solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• 10. Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, SCRUM).
