Job summary

iSource Services is seeking an experienced AEM Technical Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable digital experiences using Adobe Experience Manager. The candidate will guide cross-functional teams in complex enterprise deployments.

The role requires deep technical knowledge of AEM architecture, hands-on development, and leadership with excellent client-facing communication to translate business needs into robust solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in AEM architecture, component design, and custom workflow development.
• Experience with Java, Sling, OSGi, JCR, Dispatcher, HTL, and cloud hosting.
• Knowledge of Adobe I/O, GraphQL, SPA Editor and Headless CMS integrations is a plus.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and performance optimization; strong client-facing skills.

• Define the architecture and design of AEM-based solutions for large-scale web apps.
