Job description

Title: Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Technical Architect/Lead

Job Location:

India - Hyderabad/Ahmedabad

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's/Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent
2. Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering & architecture
3. 6+ years of IT experience as an AEM Architect
4. 5+ years developing web applications, templates, and components using Adobe AEM 6.3+
5. Experience architecting at least 2 large AEM implementations (AEM 6.4 or 6.5 required)
6. Deep understanding of AEM architecture – Sling, Felix, OSGi, Oak, Sightly; Building AEM sites and assets
7. Extensive experience with core AEM features – sites, assets, workflows, tagging, user control, etc.
8. Good understanding of AEM administration activities
9. Ability to build prototypes to evaluate solutions with the latest AEM technology stack
10. Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps integration, and deployment for AWS and other environments with Adobe AEM DAM
11. Experience with Adobe AEM REST APIs
12. Strong understanding of AEM building blocks – templates, structure, components, sling/HTL, dialogs, widgets, etc.
13. Experience developing custom AEM components and exposing content as REST API
14. Solid Java, J2EE, web development skills (HTML, JS, CSS, jQuery, Bootstrap, etc.)
15. Familiarity with C#, .NET Core, Web API/GraphQL, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Proficiency with SDLC methodologies like SAFe, Agile, TDD
2. Certification in Adobe Experience Manager (Architect)
3. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
4. Ability to work independently and in teams; results-oriented
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
