Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Assets / DAM implementations.
• Strong expertise in Java, Sling, OSGi, HTL, JCR, APIs, workflows, metadata modeling, and asset management capabilities.
• Experience with AEM Cloud Service / AEM 6.5 architecture and migration considerations.
• Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem including Workfront, Analytics, Sites, and Creative Cloud integrations.
• Hands-on experience with Git, Maven, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of asset delivery optimization, Dynamic Media, cache management, and enterprise-scale content distribution.
• Ability to lead technical discussions, governance initiatives, and cross-functional stakeholder collaboration.
• Adobe AEM Assets Developer certifications preferred. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
