Qualifications

• 68 years of experience supporting and optimizing Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on troubleshooting of complex AEM implementations and API integrations.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Preferred certifications: AEM Sites Developer Professional; AEM Architect Expert; Cloud platform certifications.

Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced AEM Field Engineer to join our Ultimate Success team, providing technical expertise and proactive support to enterprise customers using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). This customer-facing role focuses on troubleshooting complex platform issues, optimizing solution performance, and helping customers maximize the reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency of their AEM implementations.

Working primarily with customers in the US region, the consultant will collaborate closely with customer engineering teams, implementation partners, and internal Adobe product and engineering teams to diagnose technical issues, recommend best practices, and deliver timely resolutions that improve platform health and customer success.

Core Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted technical advisor for enterprise customers, providing expert support for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) implementations and operational challenges.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues related to AEM applications, integrations, and platform configurations, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Analyze customer environments to identify opportunities for platform optimization, configuration improvements, and enhanced solution stability.
• Support customers during implementation, migration, upgrade, and post-production activities by providing technical guidance and recommending industry best practices.
• Diagnose and resolve issues involving Adobe Experience Cloud integrations and API-based interactions between AEM and connected enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with product engineering, customer engineering, and implementation teams to resolve product defects, integration challenges, and platform performance issues.
• Recommend architectural and operational improvements that enhance platform scalability, maintainability, and long‑term operational health.
• Assist customers in adopting AEM as a Cloud Service capabilities, Cloud Manager practices, and modern deployment approaches where applicable.
• Review system logs, diagnostic information, and application behavior to identify root causes and implement sustainable corrective actions.
• Contribute to knowledge management by documenting technical findings, troubleshooting procedures, and best practices that improve support efficiency and customer experience.
• Build trusted customer relationships through proactive communication, technical consultation, and continuous engagement focused on long‑term platform success.
• Stay current with evolving Adobe Experience Manager capabilities and recommend improvements that help customers continuously modernize and optimize their digital experience ecosystem.

Experience

Experience working with API integrations, customer‑facing technical support, and cross‑functional engineering teams is required. Exposure to AEM as a Cloud Service, Cloud Manager, Edge Delivery Services (EDS), and CI/CD‑enabled deployment practices is highly desirable.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
