Job summary

GSPANN Technologies, Inc is seeking an experienced AEM developer to lead design and implementation of enterprise content solutions. You will work with a technically focused team to build and integrate AEM-based sites and assets, emphasizing best practices and quality.

Responsibilities include hand-on development, mentoring juniors, code reviews, demos and client interactions, and collaboration with BA and system admins to deliver robust AEM solutions.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of all AEM building blocks including templates, components, touch UI dialogs etc., and AEM development.
• Deep understanding of Sightly (HTL), Sling Models, Queries, OSGi services and components.
• Deep understanding of the AEM Sites deployment, Dispatcher Configuration, Clustering.
• Deep understanding in Java, web development experience, other Content Management system experience.
• Expertise in AEM foundational concepts, including the CRX repository, the AEM platform, the use of core frameworks such as Apache Sling and Apache Felix.

Responsibilities

• To architect, design and develop (through Team) solution for product/project & sustenance delivery.
• Hands-on and implement the solutions along with a high technically focused team to provide technical expertise in the Design and planning of solutions.
• Build solutions on top of the AEM Sites and Assets.
• Transfers and ensures business requirements into technical specs and provides technical implementation solution and recommendations
• Create and integrate content-driven applications on top of the AEM core platform, and integrate with other systems
• Define implementation processes, and best practices
• Handle the Demos and POCs for clients.
• Provide technical guidance to team and mentor the technical focused team.
• Review Code and ensure code quality, readability and security
• Hands-on contribution as part of the team and lead the day-to-day technical activities bringing in excellence in implementation.
• Work closely with clients, developers, system administrators and BA’s to build AEM solutions.
• Provide solutions in integrating third-party systems with AEM as part of overall architecture.
• Provide the leadership and direction to team by leading the projects in the Agile model taking on the different roles required in the project.
