Job summary

Estuate, Inc. in Bengaluru is seeking an Advanced Workday specialist to design, configure, optimize and provide ongoing support for Workday HCM and/or Financials modules.

You will drive complex implementations, enhancements, and integrations, ensuring data integrity and compliance while partnering with HR, Finance, and IT teams. The role requires deep functional expertise and the ability to lead projects with external vendors, delivering scalable Workday solutions and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Advanced Workday expertise in HCM or Financials.
• Experience leading complex Workday implementations and upgrades.
• Strong partnering with HR, Finance, IT and external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead advanced configuration of Workday modules (HCM Core, Advanced Compensation, Talent Performance, Recruiting, Absence, Payroll, Benefits, Financials, Prism Analytics).
• Design and maintain business process frameworks, condition rules, calculated fields, and security roles.
• Drive system optimization through continuous improvement, releases, and feature adoption.
• Serve as functional lead or SME for Workday implementations and upgrades.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable Workday solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to deliver solutions.

Job Description

• The Advanced Workday professional is responsible for the design, configuration, optimization, and ongoing support of Workday HCM and/or Financials modules.
• This role requires deep functional expertise, strong business partnership skills, and the ability to lead complex implementations, enhancements, and integrations while ensuring system integrity and compliance.

• Lead advanced configuration of Workday modules such as HCM Core, Advanced Compensation, Talent Performance, Recruiting, Absence, Payroll, Benefits, Financials, or Prism Analytics.
• Design and maintain business process frameworks, condition rules, calculated fields, and security roles.
• Drive system optimization through continuous improvement, releases, and feature adoption.

Implementation Project Leadership

• Serve as a functional lead or subject matter expert for Workday implementations, upgrades, and major enhancements.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable Workday solutions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (HR, Finance, IT, Payroll) and external vendors.
