Job summary

Estuate is seeking an Advanced Workday professional to lead design, configuration, optimization, and ongoing support of Workday HCM and/or Financials modules. The role requires deep functional expertise, strong business partnership skills, and the ability to lead complex implementations, enhancements, and integrations while ensuring system integrity and compliance.

• Design and maintain business process frameworks, condition rules, calculated fields, and security roles.
• Drive system optimization through continuous improvement, releases, and feature adoption.
• Serve as a functional lead or SME for Workday implementations, upgrades, and major enhancements.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable Workday solutions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (HR, Finance, IT, Payroll) and external vendors.

• Serve as a functional lead or subject matter expert for Workday implementations, upgrades, and major enhancements.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable Workday solutions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (HR, Finance, IT, Payroll) and external vendors.
