Job Description
The Senior Workday Functional Analyst is responsible for the design, configuration, support, and continuous improvement of Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions. This role partners closely with HR Operations, Global Process Owners (GPOs), the PMO, and HR Technology and Analytics team members to deliver scalable and effective Workday solutions that support business objectives.
The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in Workday Core HCM together with experience supporting multiple Workday functional areas. The Senior Workday Functional Analyst serves as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, leads solution design efforts, and partners across HR functions to deliver scalable and effective Workday solutions.
