Job summary

Experis is seeking an Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Consultant with 3+ years of hands-on experience in designing and optimizing customer engagement solutions in a Mumbai-based role. You will work on journeys, profiles, audiences, and real-time data integration across multiple channels.

You will configure AEP components, ensure governance and privacy practices, and partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience designing and implementing Adobe marketing solutions (AJO/AEP).
• Hands-on experience with RT-CDP, audience management, and data integration.
• Ability to design and optimize customer journeys across channels.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
• Configure and manage Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) components, including datasets, schema, identities, and profile management.
• Create and maintain real-time customer profiles and audience segments within AEP.
• Develop and manage omnichannel customer communications across Email, Push Notifications, SMS, and In-App messaging.
• Build audience segmentation strategies and activate audiences across multiple channels.
• Integrate AEP with various source systems, CRM platforms, Marketing Automation tools, and third-party applications.
• Configure event-driven campaigns and trigger-based customer journeys.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize customer journeys based on analytics and insights.
• Ensure data quality, governance, privacy compliance, and best practices within Adobe ecosystem.
• Troubleshoot campaign, integration, and platform-related issues.
• Work with Adobe Experience Cloud products and support end-to-end implementation activities.
