Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions in India is seeking a Senior Adobe Commerce Developer to design, customize, and maintain e‑commerce solutions using Adobe Commerce integrated with AEM and in‑house apps.

You will work with design and development teams to deliver scalable, user‑friendly platforms, implementing API integrations with third‑party services and ETL‑based PIM data, and supporting ongoing maintenance and improvements.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of relevant experience.
• Strong backend development with PHP and MySQL.
• Experience with API integrations and third‑party services.
• Experience with PIM integrations using ETL tools.
• Experience with headleases implementation, preferably AEM.
• Adobe Certified Expert – Adobe Commerce Developer is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Adobe Commerce console as per business needs, including custom modules, themes, and extensions.
• Develop and customize integration with content management based (preferably AEM) websites, including custom modules, themes, and extensions.
• Implement API integrations with third‑party services such as payment gateways and shipping providers.
• Implement API integrations with third‑party tools like PIM to ingest product and related data.
• Implement login functionality via integrating with SSO layer and session management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing ongoing maintenance and support.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our e‑commerce solutions.
• Strong problem‑solving.
• Experience working in a globally dispersed scrum team.
• Demonstrated experience in Agile methodologies.
• Collaboration and engagement skills.
• Experience working with Communications and/or Marketing teams and/or Design teams.
