Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Adobe Campaign specialist to design and implement marketing Automation solutions for clients. You will work on defining architecture, data models, and cross-channel campaigns across email, SMS, push, and social channels.

Proficiency in Adobe Campaign, SQL Server, HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript is required, along with experience integrating various Adobe Experience Cloud products for seamless campaigns.

Qualifications

• Experience designing Adobe Campaign solutions and workflows.
• Strong SQL Server knowledge and database profiling.
• Proficiency with HTML5, CSS and JavaScript.
• Exposure to Adobe Experience Cloud products integration.
• Marketing campaign execution and cross-channel experience.

Responsibilities

• Understand business requirements and draft high level design documents.
• Design database schemas and create profile and customer tables.
• Create and execute Adobe campaigns per client specifications.
• Build cross-channel integrations (email, SMS, push, social).
• Configure installations and API integrations (SOAP) in Adobe Campaign.

Role & responsibilities

• Understand the business requirements and creating a high level design documents and architecture solutions.
• Understand the database schema and create a profile table and customer table.
• Create and execute Adobe campaigns as defined by client.
• Technically able to understand and create complex processes in Adobe Campaign.
• Able to create cross channel integration (email,SMS,Push notifications,social etc...)
• Installations and configurations design in Adobe Campaign with JAVASCRIPT and API integrations (SOAP).

Preferred candidate profile

• Adobe Campaign
• SQL server,HTML5,CSS,Javascripts.
• Experience in other Adobe products like Target, Analytics, AEM, DTM, Adobe Audience Manager, Adobe Media Optimizer, Livefyre and Sensei.
• Exposure to Integration of Adobe Experience Cloud Products with Campaign.
• Marketing campaign functionality expert.
