Role Description

The Admissions Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end admissions process, from initial inquiry through enrollment and onboarding. This full-time, on-site role in Lucknow involves managing applicant communications, conducting counseling sessions, and guiding prospective learners and their families through program details, eligibility, and next steps. The person in this role will review applications, verify documentation, coordinate assessments or interviews, and maintain accurate records in admissions systems or databases. The Admissions Manager will collaborate with academic and operations teams to forecast intake numbers, plan seat allocation, and ensure timely closures of admission cycles. Daily responsibilities also include tracking admissions metrics, preparing reports, supporting outreach activities, and ensuring a positive, inclusive admissions experience for all applicants.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to counsel and guide prospective learners and their families.
• Proficiency in admissions operations, including application review, documentation verification, and data management.
• Ability to work with CRM or admissions management systems, spreadsheets, and basic office software.
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple inquiries and deadlines efficiently.
• Experience in education, training, or related services, preferably in an admissions or student services role.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a postgraduate qualification in management, education, or a related field is an advantage.
• Comfort working on-site in Lucknow and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
