We are looking for a dedicated, compassionate student counsellor to join our team. The responsibilities of the Sr. Counsellor include supporting the team with developing and monitoring counselling support, and providing closing assistance as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Mentoring and driving productivity of immediate team members.
2. Connecting with students who have enquired about programs on a daily basis.
3. Tracking follow-ups with students and ensuring all their doubts are cleared, both for self and team members.
4. Assisting the team in admission closures as required.
5. Working directly with the team to develop solutions and set achievable goals.
6. Developing rapport with other inter-department colleagues.
7. Reporting student issues to the appropriate authorities.

Education & Experience

1. Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
2. Excellent active listening and communication skills.
3. Patient, friendly, and accommodating personality.
4. Excellent interpersonal and mediation skills.
