Role Description

The Admissions Counselor is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, Bachupally . The role includes responding to admission inquiries, guiding prospective students and families through the admissions process, and scheduling and conducting campus visits or information sessions. The Admissions Counselor will maintain accurate records of applications, follow up with leads, and support enrollment targets through timely communication and coordination with academic and administrative teams. Daily tasks also involve explaining curriculum options (Cambridge and CBSE), assisting with documentation, and representing the school at events or outreach activities to promote admissions.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal communication and general communication skills to engage effectively with students, families, and colleagues.


• Customer service experience, with a focus on responsiveness, empathy, and clear information sharing.


• Sales or admissions-related skills, including lead follow-up, conversion, and relationship management.


• Background or exposure to the field of education, preferably with familiarity with Cambridge and/or CBSE curricula.


• Relevant bachelor’s degree in education, communications, business, or a related field.


• Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, manage multiple inquiries, and maintain accurate records using basic computer and CRM tools.
