Role Description

The Admissions Counselor is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. In this position, the counselor will guide prospective students through the admissions journey, including responding to inquiries, conducting consultations, and explaining programs, curriculum, and campus life. The role involves assessing applicant profiles, supporting them through application and interview processes, and maintaining accurate records in admissions systems. The counselor will also participate in outreach activities such as education fairs, school visits, information sessions, and campus tours. Collaboration with marketing and academic teams to align admissions messaging and provide feedback on applicant trends is an integral part of the day-to-day responsibilities.

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; prior experience in admissions, counseling, higher education, or customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Comfort with data-driven decision-making, reporting basic metrics, and adapting to a fast-paced, evolving academic setting.
