Job summary

Education Vibes in Hyderabad is seeking an MBA Admissions Counsellor to guide prospective students through the admissions process, from enquiry to enrolment. You will assess candidate backgrounds and explain programs, while managing leads via calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.

You will work to meet monthly counselling and admission targets and coordinate with the admissions team to ensure smooth enrolment processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA/PGDM preferred.
• 0-3 years counselling/education counselling preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Counsel prospective students regarding MBA programs, eligibility, fees, and career opportunities.
• Understand students' academic background, career goals, and preferences.
• Generate and manage leads via calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
• Conduct follow-ups with prospective students and parents.
• Explain the complete admission process, documentation, entrance requirements, and timelines.
• Convert qualified leads into applications and admissions.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM/lead-management systems.
• Coordinate with admissions and academic teams.
• Achieve monthly counselling, application, and admission targets.
• Participate in education fairs, seminars, webinars, and promotional events.
