Role Description

The Admission Counselor is a full-time, on-site role based at the Ghaziabad center. The counselor will guide prospective students and families through the admission process, including handling inquiries, explaining programs and career paths, conducting campus tours, and supporting application and enrollment activities. Daily tasks include responding to phone, email, and walk-in queries, organizing and participating in admission events, maintaining accurate applicant records, and coordinating with academic and administrative teams. The role also involves following up with leads, supporting outreach and promotional activities, and ensuring a positive, informative, and inclusive experience for all prospective students.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Interpersonal Communication skills for engaging effectively with prospective students and families.
• Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to provide timely, respectful, and helpful support throughout the admission process.
• Candidates should possess Sales skills to convert inquiries into enrollments while maintaining an ethical and student-focused approach.
• Candidates should possess knowledge or experience in Education settings, particularly in counseling or admissions, to explain courses and career pathways clearly.
• Relevant qualifications such as a Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Ability to work on-site, manage multiple inquiries, use basic office software and CRM tools, and maintain accurate records.
• Prior experience in academic counseling, admissions, or student services is preferred but not mandatory.
