Job summary

Aakash Educational Services (AESL) invites applications for an Admission Officer at its Chembur campus. The role focuses on lead generation through ATL/BTL marketing, counselling students and parents, and converting inquiries into enrollments.

You will visit schools, conduct seminars, engage with principals and coordinators, ensure a delightful customer experience during home visits, and coordinate with local tutoring partners while adhering to internal processes.

Responsibilities

• Generate admissions by maintaining a continuous influx of data through ATL & BTl marketing activities such as seminars in schools, open seminars in town & residential spots within a specified territory.
• Contribute towards set targets by doing school visits for meeting principals, coordinators and management personnel for business development.
• Ensure a delightful customer experience while going for home visits to counsel students and parents and close admissions resulting in enrolling the students.
• Capitalize on business opportunities by liaising with local tuition teachers.
• Ensure adherence to internal processes and compliances.

Purpose of the Admission Officer role:
