Job summary

Microland in Bengaluru seeks a senior network program leader to drive enterprise network strategy and governance across Cisco SD-WAN, ACI fabric, and DNAC automation.

You will oversee cross-domain policy, risk management, and program delivery for multiple accounts, coaching teams and coordinating with partners to meet KPIs and SLAs.

Qualifications

• Experience with SD-WAN, Cisco ACI/SDDCN, and security governance.
• Strong understanding of enterprise network strategy and architecture.
• Ability to lead multi-account programs and drive CSI improvements.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and governance for network delivery across Cisco SD-WAN and traditional RandS environments.
• Lead enterprise-wide network transformation programs, coordinating with partners and MSPs to meet KPIs and SLAs.
• Drive risk management, root cause analysis, post-incident reviews, and continuous service improvement across domains.

Enterprise Network Strategy and Architecture Governance

Provides strategic direction and governance across Cisco SD-WAN, ACI SDDCN, and traditional RandS environments; ensures network architectures align with business continuity, scalability, and zero-trust security frameworks.

Multi-Domain Policy Oversight and Compliance Management

Oversees centralized policy deployment and enforcement using Cisco DNAC and APIC controllers; ensures consistent segmentation, QoS, and access policies across campus, WAN, and data center domains in line with compliance standards.

Cross-Platform Program Delivery and Vendor Management

Leads the delivery of enterprise-wide network transformation programs, including SD-WAN rollouts, ACI fabric modernization, and DNAC automation initiatives; coordinates across internal teams, Cisco partners, and MSPs to meet KPIs and SLAs.

Operational Risk Management and Escalation Leadership

Manages escalations and network incidents impacting business-critical services; drives root cause analysis, post-incident reviews, and continuous service improvement (CSI) through proactive monitoring, automation, and policy refinement.

Drives strategic direction and governance for service delivery across multiple accounts or domains, ensuring operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and alignment with organizational objectives. Leads and empowers teams across all levels (L1 L3) by identifying skill gaps, enhancing competencies, and fostering a high-performance culture through targeted coaching, mentoring, and career development initiatives. Oversees financial planning, resource allocation, and cost optimization within delivery units, ensuring efficient utilization, sustained profitability, and consistent service excellence.
