Job summary

Microland in Bengaluru seeks a seasoned network engineer to design, implement and optimize enterprise networks, SD-WAN/LAN/WLAN, and security measures. You will collaborate with Client IT teams, document architectures and ensure designs meet security requirements while guiding junior engineers.

Proficiency with Cisco, Meraki, Palo Alto, F5, Versa and cloud networking is preferred, with certifications such as CCNP, PCNSE, CCNA valued.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree and relevant networking certifications are required.
• Experience with SD-WAN/LAN/WLAN and security-focused designs.
• Ability to design, document, and implement enterprise network solutions.

Responsibilities

• Analysing the business requirement, project scope and developing network design and roadmaps for technology solutions that align with the organization s overall IT strategy and goals.
• Participating in solution design and execution.
• Collaborating with Customer IT teams to ensure designs meet security requirements.
• Configuring and troubleshooting OEM products to ensure proper operation of SD-WAN/LAN/WLAN.
• Continuously assessing and refining network solutions to keep up with changing business needs and standards.
• Developing and maintaining documentation of design solutions and architectures and training IT staff as needed.
• Monitoring performance and resolving issues to improve performance.
• Documenting the solution and providing training to team members.
• Collaborating with other IT teams to ensure integration with existing systems.
