Job summary

Amazon Dev Center India - Hyderabad is seeking an entry‑level HR/Benefits Support role within the Benefits Experience & Technology Service Delivery (BXT-SD) India Hub. You will handle benefits processes, resolve employee queries with SLA, and escalate risks as needed.

You will coordinate with payroll, onboarding, exits, and insurance vendors to ensure accurate admin processing and timely responses to Amazonians across regions.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of human resources experience.
• 6+ months of customer service experience.
• 6+ months of Microsoft Office products and applications experience.
• High school or equivalent.
• Experience in confidential environments.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate Bias for action by timely completing the assigned benefits processes with 100% accuracy.
• Demonstrate Customer obsession by addressing employee queries received via email or tickets with SLA and provide accurate resolution to employee issue.
• Demonstrate Ownership by highlighting any potential risk issues and challenges that may cause impact to our employees.
• Demonstrate Ownership by reviewing process documentation and making updates on a regular basis.
• Provide required support to SME/Team lead for Dive deep into data and benefits stats reporting.
• Liaise with internal (support teams like Payroll, Employee resource center, Exits, Onboarding team etc.) and external stake holders (Insurance vendors) for resolving employee queries and complete administrative processes.

The Team: Amazon Benefits Experience & Technology Service Delivery (BXT-SD) India Hub Team owns the delivery of benefits operations for Amazonians working in the US, APAC, MENA, EMEA and South Africa.
