Job summary

The Cigna Group is seeking a senior operations leader in Bengaluru to supervise the Admin Organisation, ensuring KPI targets are met and service quality remains high.

You will provide visible leadership to the Global Admin team, drive people development, coach performance, and optimize workflows to maximize efficiency while guiding the change journey.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations across the Admin Organisation to meet KPIs.
• Provide visible leadership as part of the management team for the Global Admin team.
• Lead people development and performance management through coaching and feedback.
• Plan resources and leverage talent to optimize team performance.
• Drive staff engagement and maintain a dynamic, change-friendly work environment.
• Monitor workflows to ensure timely task completion and controlled inventory levels.
• Collaborate with SMEs and Senior Supervisors to address gaps and implement improvements.
• Ensure QA targets are achieved month over month.

Job description

The candidate will be responsible for the supervision of staff daily ensuring KPI’s are met across the Admin Organisation.

Main Duties/Responsibilities:

• Overall experience 10+ years
• Provide visible leadership as part of the management team for the Global Admin team.
• People development and performance management through active coaching, clear and constructive feedback, and an open management style.
• Manage team resources through planning and leveraging the available talent to optimise team performance.
• Engage staff to create a dynamic working environment at all levels, leading the team and the processes towards continuous progression while supporting the change journey.
• Proactively optimizing the unit’s workflows to achieve set targets.
• Organising and monitoring workflow to ensure TAT targets are achieved and inventory levels are managed.
• Effectively manage the administration process liaising with the SME & Senior Supervisor about any identified gaps or improvements and proactively contributing to the solution.
• Ensure Quality Audit targets are achieved month on month.
• Instrumental in Employee Engagement activity
