As an Administrative Assistant (AA), you will provide high-quality administrative and operational support to multiple senior stakeholders across global regions, including APAC, EMESA, and the US. You will serve as a trusted business partner, enabling stakeholders to operate effectively by proactively managing day-to-day administrative priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
At BCG, Administrative Assistants are integral members of the Business Services Team (BST). We encourage continuous learning and professional development, empowering AAs to build new capabilities and grow alongside the evolving needs of the business.
In this role, you will take ownership of complex calendars and schedules, anticipate stakeholder needs, coordinate activities across multiple times zones, and manage confidential information with professionalism, sound judgment, and discretion.
By providing seamless administrative support, you will help maximize stakeholder productivity and enable leaders to focus on strategic and value-added priorities.
You will collaborate closely with Administrative Assistants and business support colleagues across BCG’s global organization to ensure seamless coverage, knowledge sharing, and consistent service delivery. As business needs evolve, you may also provide backup support and undertake additional responsibilities assigned by your manager.
Executive & Calendar ManagementProactively manage complex calendars, prioritize competing demands, coordinate meetings across multiple global time zones, and optimize stakeholders’ time through effective scheduling, planning, and coordination.
Stakeholder PartnershipBuild trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams by delivering responsive, reliable, and professional support while exercising sound judgment, confidentiality, and discretion in all interactions.
Travel & Expense ManagementCoordinate end-to-end domestic and international travel, prepare and manage travel itineraries, process expense reports accurately and in a timely manner and proactively resolve travel-related issues to ensure a seamless stakeholder experience.
Operational SupportDeliver high-quality administrative support through meeting and event coordination, preparation of business documents and presentations, maintenance of accurate records, and continuous process improvement. Collaborate closely with the Administrative Assistant community to ensure seamless coverage, knowledge sharing, and consistent service excellence.
