• Proficiency in MS Office and facility management systems.
• Good English language skills; Marathi language knowledge is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily administrative operations including facility management, office supplies, and vendor management.
• Oversee security, housekeeping, canteen, and cafeteria services to ensure a safe and efficient workplace.
• Manage physical security systems (CCTV, access control, alarms); conduct security risk assessments and mitigation.
• Manage budgets for administrative expenses and optimize cost control.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory regulations, and safety standards for admin services.
• Liaise with government authorities, local bodies, and service providers as required.
• Support HR in employee engagement activities and welfare initiatives.
• Maintain records, contracts, and documentation for audits and internal controls.
• Implement process improvements for enhanced efficiency and service quality.
• Manage holiday homes, ensure proper maintenance, booking, and employee welfare.
• Administer warehouse operations, including upkeep and compliance.
• Own Garden Management.

• Knowledge of statutory compliance, safety, and labor laws.

• Knowledge of Marathi (as language of communication) will be helpful.
