Grundfos in India invites you to join as Administration Assistant, driving day-to-day workplace operations across facilities, security, housekeeping, vendor management, and employee services to maintain a safe, efficient, and engaging work environment.

You will collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, EHS, Procurement, and Security teams to deliver effective administration services, while supporting audits, governance, and continuous improvements in a diverse, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

  • Graduation in any discipline with 3–8 years in Facilities & Administration.
  • Experience in housekeeping, security operations, canteen services, and vendor governance.
  • Strong MIS reporting, data analysis, and dashboard management.
  • Experience coordinating corporate events, audits, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Good communication, problem-solving, and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

  • Managing workplace operations including housekeeping, security, access control, canteen services, and seating allocation to ensure high service standards.
  • Overseeing vendor management, SLA performance, contract renewals, invoice validation, and commercial documentation in collaboration with Procurement and Finance.
  • Coordinating corporate events, town halls, leadership meetings, and visitor arrangements.
  • Preparing MIS reports and dashboards, analyzing operational data, and identifying opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization.
  • Supporting ISO documentation, internal and external audits, statutory licenses, and regulatory compliance activities.
  • Collaborating with HR, Finance, IT, EHS, Procurement, and Security teams to deliver effective administration services and continuous improvements.

What you will be doing

As part of the Workplace & Administration team, you will enhance operational excellence and employee experience across the facility. Your responsibilities will include:
