Talent Seeds Corporate Solutions is seeking an experienced Admin & HR professional in Coimbatore with 5+ years in the Apparel/Home Textile industry. The role involves managing labour attrition, MMR, legal documents, canteen, hostel, transport, and housekeeping, along with coordinating with other departments for tickets and audits.

The candidate should be capable of administering the entire unit, with preferred exposure to facilities management and compliance tasks within a manufacturing setup.

Qualifications

• Admin & HR experience in Apparel/Home Textile industry; 5+ years preferred.
• Able to manage labour attrition, MMR, legal documents, canteen, hostel, transport, and housekeeping.
• Coordinate with other departments for tickets and audits.

(Candidate must have relevant Admin & HR experience in Apparel / Home Textile industry with above 5 Yrs experience may apply. Candidate able to manage labour attrition, MMR, Legal documents, canteen, hostel, transport, housekeeping, audits and co-ordinating with other depts for ticket booking etc., Administrating of entire unit is additional advantage)

Salary: 4.80 lakhs to 06.00 lakhs PA.
