Responsibilities

• Implement Prophet model in accordance with internal and external requirements, with support from team members.
• Resolving difficult technical issues encountered during implementation for local countries and explaining variances observed.
• Communicating to local countries counterparts regularly on issues arise during the project and understand the root causes of the issues.
• Designing training materials and model documentation of the new model.
• Working closely with local countries in designing optimal valuation processes using the new model.
• Perform testing activities to provide quality assurance to the customer.
• Enforcing efficient model controls and maintaining good model support after implementation

Job description

Modeling Actuarial Solutions team is the central actuarial modelling, testing and production in MetLife.The team is responsible for delivering actuarial modeling solutions in accordance to enterprise & regional objectives by building robust, scalable actuarial solutions and to further increase the coverage for the use of Prophet within the organization, whilst enforcing MetLife’s Global Actuarial Modeling Prophet standards and MetLife’s Actuarial Practices.
