Job summary

Longame, a pre-launch performance activewear brand, seeks its first designer to shape the product line from the ground up. You’ll design performance wear from concept to production-ready samples and build complete techpacks while collaborating directly with factories across Asia.

This is a remote role open to India, Indonesia, or any region with relevant experience. You will define Longame's design language and select materials and trims to ensure functional, high-quality garments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years designing knit or performance apparel.
• At least one garment taken from sketch through sampling to production.
• Strong flat sketching in Adobe Illustrator.
• CLO 3D or Browzwear experience is a plus.
• Experience with factories in India, Indonesia, or elsewhere in Asia is a plus.

Longame is a pre-launch performance activewear brand. We design training and everyday wear for runners, lifters, and athletes. You'd be our first designer, shaping the product line from the ground up.

It is not UI/UX or graphic design

What you'll do

• Design performance activewear from concept to production-ready sample


• Build complete techpacks: flats, measurement specs, grading, materials, trims, and construction details


• Select performance fabrics and trims (knits, 4-way stretch, moisture-wicking)


• Work directly with factories through sampling and fit rounds


• Help define Longame's product and design language

What you need
